How the credits work.

A credit pays for work done, never for a seat filled. Here are the three rules that decide what you spend, and what you keep.

Workspace credits shared

Credits are shared across your whole Slack or Teams workspace. No per-user limit, the entire team draws on the same balance.

Recharge credits available

Automatic recharge is not available yet. You will still be able to top up manually whenever your balance runs low.

Credit rollover available

Unused credits roll over into the next billing period instead of being lost.

Questions about pricing

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You create your workspace, you receive your free credits and you delegate your first assignments without entering one.

What is a credit?

Balt's unit of work. Searching for profiles, following up or writing a report consumes credits according to the work actually done.

What happens when my credits run out?

Balt stops and tells you. Nothing is charged automatically, you top up or take a monthly pack whenever you decide to.

Can I change pack along the way?

Yes, at any time from the billing screen. The change applies immediately and any adjustment appears on your next invoice.

In what order are my credits used?

From the closest to expiry to the furthest: rollover first, then your plan's monthly credits, then recharge, and bonus credits last.
