We spent years alongside staffing firms and recruitment agencies. Everywhere, the same picture: capable teams spending their days moving information between tools, and reaching their candidates too late.
There was no shortage of tools. What was missing was someone to do the work between the tools. So we built Balt: not one more interface, but someone to delegate that work to.
Balt is built in France by SKILLFORGE APP, hosted in Europe, on a simple principle: your data stays yours, and it is never used to train a model.

Sensitive actions always go through you. Every access you grant can be revoked, and nothing Balt sees is used to train a model.
The time saved goes to people
The goal is not to take the human out of recruiting. It is to give back the hours data entry takes, so they go to candidates instead.
